Denmark - Aarhus

We moved from island of Fyn back to mainland Denmark. One of the target cities was to visit Aarhus. The old city has quite some canals among the old buildings, but the port is modernized. A big no-car zone makes it perfect for bikes and to see the leisure Danish lifestyle in practice. (more...)

Odense in Denmark has some great parks and museums you just cannot miss. Legacy of Hans-Chirstian Anderson is visible throughout the city and just invites you to explore fairy tale world around it. Odense is home to Denmark Railway museum which gives trains a whole new dimension. (more...)

Denmark - Kertemide with Landby Viking museum and fishing

After arrival on island Fyn we have decided to visit the beaches of Denmark and have some fun there. A lot of coastline is within fjords and the water there did not seem appealing enough as it seems mostly like marshes. (more...)
